Below are presented sections III and IV of Article II of the Constitution of Enkya. These describe the rights and duties of the Citizens. Please make sure to read them before partaking in discussions.
Section III - On the Duties of the Citizens
Thesis I: All citizens are to hold loyalty and allegiance to the Empire and the Emperor or Empress. They may not swear loyalty to any other nation or leader of said nation.Upon defecting, they will be forever banished from Enkya.
Thesis II: All citizens are to obey the orders of the Guardians and the Emperor or Empress as long as the orders follow the Constitution. Failure to follow valid orders may lead to disciplinary action.
Thesis III: All citizens are to respect each other and refrain from any offensive actions towards each other. Disrespect to the higher Authorities will be punished more severely.
Thesis IV: All citizens are to refrain from posting NSFW content, RL politics or any kind of personal information.
Thesis V: No citizen may slander or fake-quote another citizen.
Thesis V.b: No citizen may impersonate another citizen.
Thesis VI: No citizen may use an alt account without notifying the higher Authorities.
Section IV - On the Disciplinary actions
In the occurrence of a Citizen breaking the law, disciplinary actions of varying severity may be taken by the Emperor and Empress or the Guardians.
Thesis I: Upon the first infraction, the Citizen will be administered the first Strike and a warning. Subsequent infractions up until the fourth will gain further strikes.
Thesis II: Upon the fourth infraction, the Citizen will receive a final warning and a Banishment for a day.
Thesis III: Upon the fifth infraction, the Citizen will be permanently Banished until further notice.
Thesis IV: The Guardians and the Emperor or Empress withhold the right to Banish a Citizen immediately upon an infraction, given sufficient severity.
